The <a href=\"http:\/\/proceedings.mlr.press\/v132\/\">proceedings<\/a> and all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC7wMo5OivSnsQJNfZm8zmJQ\/videos\">talk recordings<\/a> are available online for perusal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Did you miss out on the conference?
